Responsibilities:

•Provides leadership, guidance, direction and authorization to carry out production schedule in conformity with PPC monthly plans.

•Forecast production line efficiencies and available standard manhours for production planning in comparisonto required hours.

•Plan manpower loading per month to carry out production

•Confer with supervisors and staffs to resolve operational problem and difficulties, to maintain effective production ptocedure and quality control.

•Monitor the productivity of each Sewing Operators and ensure that target individual daily efficiency is achieved.

•Establish objectives for the Department and ensure that objecyives are being met. Prepare Departmental budget.

•Maintain production in accordance with company standards, good housekeeping, security and safety.

Requirements:

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.

•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

•Must have strong leadership

•Must have good background on planning and quality procedures

•Must be organized, focused, pro-active, analytical and team player

•Full-Time positions available.

•Willing to work in Binan, Laguna
