Question: What are some jobs that I can train for w/o a college education?

Currently, I am a laid off construction worker. I was looking into the oil business, as a floorhand, but vacancies are low near me. I've always had a knack for fixing / building computers, but the wage cap of $14 for technicians in my state (* new mexico *) demotivated me, as I was making $20 /hr in construction.

I am 19 years old, what are some "blue collar" / technical jobs I could get into?
