Question: What is the possibility of getting a job overseas with a Kinesiology major?

I just left the military(navy) and I want to learn Kinesiology and Portuguese. I have the Traveling bug and ultimatley want to live in Brazil. I read somewhere that a company in Brazil has to prove that only a Foreigner could do this job. If anybody has any facts and sites that could help me with this I would be so grateful
