Question: What is being done to promote manufacturing stability back in the United States? Many Americans lost jobs.?

Many Americans have lost jobs because of US manufacturing facilities moving to low cost regions such as China, Singapore, Malaysia. The justification I am told is because of tax breaks for US companies. In other words, if a US company has a high spend in a low cost region, the US company receives a tax break. We are losing jobs, losing knowledge and expertise and closing US plants. In years to come, we will be dependent on these low cost regions for all of manufacturing. Please help bring manufacturing back to the US and help it grow.

Singapore cannot be considered low cost region.

To being back manufacturing sector to the US, first the people need to support it, meaning 24 hour operations must be able to find suitable and efficient employee.
No Union problems.
The government needs to support it with tax breaks to such company.
