Question: Switzerland working VISA.?

Hey, I'm looking for some help/info on getting SWISS working VISA.
I would like to know how to get the SWISS working VISA. Rather, how to get a job in Switzerland which will sponser working VISA for me.
Basically, I'm working in Banking sector. I am learning German too... well, I would say, I can speak quite fluently.
I visited Switzerland and made some friends in Switzerland... I fell in love with that country...

Sometime I feel I should write GMAT and get student VISA and study MBA (I know this may not work exactly how I am thinking)... in continuation to this when I study in SWISS and have student VISA will this help me getting working VISA in SWISS?
