Question: Soon to be college grad looking to apply to jobs overseas?

I'm getting an IT degree from Penn State in 3 months and I want to explore job opportunities outside the US. I know that there are jobs out there but what is a good place to start? I'm pretty much open to anything (reasonable for a college grad with a bachelors of course obviously)

Step 2: Start contacting Penn State alumni who have cool jobs outside of the U.S. for their advice. Look them up via your school's alumni database. Don't be shy; many alumni love being contacted by current students (really!).
