Question: Serving at Texas De Brazil?

Ok so I ask this question already and I'm not getting the help I need..
Can I get the job with no server experiance but much restaurant experiance? What is the proper attire for the interview? How much do the servers make hourly? Please help guys I'm going in tomorrow and I really need to know!
I prefer answers from people who know the facts(people who work for Texas De Brazil), not what you "think".

Be prepared to be incredibly upbeat, personable, full of energy and enthusiasm, be prepared to say why you want to serve tables, ensure they know you are a quick learner, flexible, open to work any shift any time, understand that you are going to start on the bottom of seniority are are prepared to do whatever is necessary to work your way up and adapt to any situations easily, if you have examples of when you have done this outside of the work world, give them. Know something about TDB's concept and menu, tell the interviewer why you like it and how it is different than the competition, let TDB has a great reputation for taking care of their customers and associates and it's a company you want to be apart of and why you will be successful serving it.

Business casual is great

How much servers make
Will be discussed at time of interview by interviewer, if it is not ask at the end of the interview what the starting hourly wage are.
