Question: Question about job interview tomorrow?
Hi, I have a job interview tomorrow. This is not my first one and I feel pretty confident about my ability to impress managers and answer questions.
However, this is my first interview as a college student. It is now 1/3 of the way through February, and my college semester ends on May 11. School does not resume until August 20.
This is a company I could see myself working for during my next three years of school, but I live 3 hours away and I am afraid they will ask me (noticing that my prior jobs were from a different city) whether I can work in the summer or not. It would be hard, but not impossible, to find housing until the end of June maybe, but I couldn't stay longer than that because my boyfriend from France will be arriving at the beginning of July.
So the short version of the question I'm asking is, what would be the best thing to say that would lower my chances of getting hired the LEAST??
Thanks
P.S. This is Hallmark, so I don't think summer is their busiest season.
Answer:
Well, you could drive clear there if you are willing to, if not just tell them, maybe they can work something out.
Don't dis the Hallmark channel!
