Question: New job but booked a vacation before i was hired.Will i get fired?

I will start on my new job Nov. 2 but have a forthcoming Hongkong tour to disneyland for my son 7th birthday on Nov. 25,26,27,28. The ticket was booked Feb and was planned ahead before I got a job. What will I do?

Start your job, and let them know on your first day! Explain how important your son is to you. If you are up front about it they are more likely to help out with your situation. Explain you will like to put in time to get ahead in work as well.
