Question: Need to choose wage for part time job for family friends jobs for me ?

my mums close friend has offered me a part time summer job which includes doing washing, dishes, vacuming, bathrooms etc. once a week,. she is letting me choose my hourly rate but im not sure . in new zealand the minimum wage is like $13 but i dont want anymore than this, its too much to ask. any ideas ?

Firstly..It's yr mom close friend.....so, U gotta be Easy ...
OK...U said that $13 is the minimum wage ~~~
AND~I presume this Friend knows about the rate too
SO....U can be wise by telling her that it's up to her to give U whatever
she feels it's fair & she's happy about (?)
This way.....All is happy.....:) What say U ?

Frankly~That's my style of doing things for a Friend....or, to any1 that require Help
I've been working in my field where I've met countless of people who wanted to 'Tip" me....
I just found it hard to take their $$$.....
But, when they returned again...They brought me stuffs/gifts....
AND...We have became Friends......!
