Question: Jobs for 13 year olds?

I am wanting to buy a laptop and need some money to do so. I am 13, turning 14 in September. I don't really want to get a paper delivery job. Any ideas of what I could do?
Also, how old is the legal age to babysit in New Zealand?
Thank you in advance!

Answer:

You should become an entrepreneur and sell lemonade to all of your neighbors.

Is 13 years too young to keep a baby? You can do some work at some restaurant. Or do some retail like ice cream or juice in the street or in the fairyland.

The legal age is 14... Or around there..... And I guess you've already considered babysitting which is a pretty profitable job. Also, at 14 you can get more of a real job for minimum wage like working at a cafe or fast food place. Also, if you like babysitting , you could start a summercamp for kids which gets a lot of money.

Ps..... This was my first answer :)

well young hooligan, you could rob a bank, fight grand master wizard, or play with an orangutan testicles on live tv

You could -

Mow lawns
Shovel snow
Do basic landscaping, such as trimming things (that aren't grass)
Deliver papers
Clear gutters
Rake leaves
Dig ditches
Clean cars
Clean windows
Housework (Dusting, Hoovering, Sweeping)
Babysit
Online Surveys
Have a Lemonade stand
Participate in sports tournaments
Tutoring
Sell at school
Sell online (eBay)
Monetize on Youtube
Make a deal with parents
Get a job (local supermarket, off licence etc...)

Also the legal age to babysit a child in New Zealand is 14 years old.

Babysitting 10 bucks an hour rich in a day haha.
