Question: Job in uae and offered by company?

dear sir or madam,
my name is ashish and i m a mba degree holder in India and working . someday before i have given a interview for country club Dubai. they are offering me UAE 1500 to 2000 with free accommodation and free transportation and and medical for the designation of marketing exicutive. and also asking to pay 35000 rupees for working visa.
so i wanted to know that, is this offer is good? should i go for that? i have a experience of 6 months in India. and some relevant information like.

1- minimum monthly living expenses.
2- minimum transportation expenses.
3- food expenses monthly as they are not paying for it

and should i give tham 35000 rupee for visa?

If you have to pay them for a Visa its a scam.

No it is a scam if they wanted you that bad they would pay for the Visa.
