Question: Job interview: bad or good signs?
I have already finished a phone job interview with a multinational. It regarded a vacancy in Hungary for an italian speaker (i currently live in Italy). I introduced my self: talking about my studies, my experiences abroad, my motivation. Then she described me the job and the firm. Finally she asked me about my willingness (date). She told me that i'll have a feedback within two weeks. The call was 20' long.
She didn't talk me about the salary. Is it negative? Because i had an interview in the past with this company and they asked me about the salary.
Answer:
good
keep it simple
GOOD :)
Depends -- usually the person being interviewed asks. However, since she did most of the talking, she should have told you. I can't tell you what her motivation was; she might have forgot to tell you. If she contacts you, ask her if it does not come up right away. The only negative I see is if I interview someone and they don't ask me what the pay rate is, I tend to think they're not interested and they're just going through the motions.
good =]
Thanks for chosing my answer. If you do interview with a multi-national or foreign employer again, try to learn some aspects of their culture to increase your chances of success. Good luck.
