I am alone to get a job
I feel like Rambo in First Blood
Answer:
There's something to be said for dedicating a lot of your time to work or school. It can show an employer that you are a hard working person. However, being social and communicating with people has countless benefits. By having a group of friends, a girlfriend, or just talking a lot with your family, you communicate. That builds confidence. Confidence is indicative of your strong character, and those two things are what most employers want to see. You may be very smart, you may be very determined to get a job, but without confidence or strong character, your chances of being hired (especially in a bad economy) are lowered. There's someone else out there with the same credentials as you applying for the same job. Make the boss like you. To do that, you have to be able to communicate.
To answer your question, yes, introverts do have trouble finding work. But, that can be easily fixed by being more social. Good Luck!
