Question: Im 15, should i drop off my resume?

i am 15 and i have had previous jobs working in retail. I think i have a good amount of experience and for my age, would impress employers. I was wondering if I should apply at a local pet store (family own business) and at a local vet office. There aren't any open job opportunities that I know of for someone with my qualifications, but could I leave my resume? I was Thinking I would would help out, clean, take care of animals etc. just a helper. If so, should I specify on the resume that this is what I was looking to do? also, would they hire someone who is my age or are there laws against it for these businesses? I live in Ontario Canada?
