Question: I am a Project Manager having masters degree is Software Project Management and my BS in computer engineering,?

I am a Project Manager having masters degree is Software Project Management and my BS in computer engineering, I want to migrate to some other country. The options for skilled migration pertaining to my criteria are New Zealand and Hong Kong, I speak English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.

Kindly advice keeping in mind the skill area and languages and job market the best choice for decision making.

There are two options:
- Apply for an international company in your country and try to get transferred to another country.
- Apply directly to large companies abroad, and try to have them get you a work visa (harder option)

If you are willing to go back to school, you could apply for anther post-graduate program and go as an international student. If you qualifications are good enough you may be able to find a job there and get hired by the time you finish your degree.

Good that you hold masters degree in Software Project Management and BS in computer engineering; also you are a Project Manager so you have good experience. You can speak English, Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi and surely you can communicate well in English, so getting job any where in world would not be issue.

Your skill area is broad as demand for project managers in various fields is increasing everyday, you can check for industries like real estate, construction, health, IT. Concerned with language as you are well versed in Technical and managerial skills and know English language you can get job where you want, may be you need to put more effort in one country in compared to other. There are people in Canada who speak english and Punjabi, in all arab countries people speak urdu, in western countries english, singapore, Malaysia hindi is also spoken.
