It depends on the requirements you have had to take in your home country (if you are from a foreign country or earned your degree in a foreign country) to earn. If they are the same as united states then yes. My suggestion is to look on a college/ university website where you plan on living when you move to USA each state is different when it comes to that stuff. But I'm sure you should have no trouble for an example alot of doctors get their degrees in different country's and allowed to work in the USA .
