I don't know what you mean by "here" since this is an international site, so because you have posted in the US section, I will assume that "here" is the US.

Unless you've been living under a rock, you know that most of the Western world is in an economic meltdown. While unemployment rates in the US have somewhat stabilized, they are still very very high.

Decent jobs are easy to find if you are hard working, bright, and skilled. If you can't add 2 and 2 or you can't show up for your job, then no, you won't find work.

You've posted in the section for people looking for work in the health care sector. Health care in the US is exploding with jobs. Unfortunately, your average American is crazy, dumb, incompetent, lazy irresponsible, and/or has an entitlement problem, so it's hard to find good help. If you aren't even well-read enough to understand the recession the world is in, then I'm not sure where you'd fit in other than unskilled labor.
