Question: How do I get a job? Any tips for the application process or interviews?

I'm pretty clear on the basics of course, but I must be doing something wrong. I'm 19 years old, no experience, and no applicable skills. I'm sure that my lack of experience is hurting my chances, but i'm not really sure how to get past it. I can't even get a job at mcdonald's. Is there anything i can do to make someone want to hire me?

Well, you have to start somewhere. I would say right up a resume and maybe even a cover letter introducing yourselves. A lot of people that have little to no experience are able to get jobs, because like I said previously (you have to start somewhere). Just try to be as precise and appealing as possible. Drop your resumes in by person instead of online if you can. If I was an employer, I'd rather see the person I'm looking at hiring face to face rather than just reading their details on a screen. Cheer up, you'll find one. Who knows, maybe the other weren't right for you.
