Question: How likey I'm I to get this job?
Okay so I've applied for a job in the uk and it's a recycling job, i was wondering of my chances to get the job. The job requirments are not really worth mentioning cause u don't need qualifications. It's located 5 miles from where I live and i live in a town. It's located in the middle of no where basically, it's about a few miles from any town or village. I've sent my cv to them and I don't have any major qualifications but I've got a D in science maths and English and I have experience in electrics brick laying carpentry and soldering. I got this experience from a college in my town but it closed before I could get any qualifications. I have transport to get there cause my mum can take me there early in the morning (got to be there by 8 in the morning). I also put my hobbies and activitys as I like all out door activities and computers and walking my dogs and stuff like that I forgot what else at this very moment. Do I have a good chance on getting this job and going to a interview as it will be my next step. The job description said on it that there is a 6 month probilaty so if the hire me but change there mind they can fire me within this 6 month period and I get paid monthly still
Answer:
You have not given too many details about the job itself so it is difficult to say. The most important thing is to keep trying, even if this job doesn't work out, and I couldn't say whether it would or not. Your GCSE's in Maths, English and Science will help you in finding employment as well as any on the job experience you have gained in the past. If you do get to the interview stage, dress smart and go in with the confidence that you are capable of doing the job that you have applied for. Give them some examples of work you have done where you show commitment and the ability to use initiative.
Good luck.
Also ignore comments from nasty people online who only judge you by your ability to spell.
Not likely since you can't ask a question properly...
If you have to pass a literacy test -then no
if nobody else applies for it - then yes
Wait and see how the interview goes
as you have no idea how may other people will apply for the job
or who will come out best at the interview
