Question: How do I get jobs abroad?

Hi,
I am a Software Engineer with 4 years of experience from 2 MNCs in India. I wish to find a job offer abroad as I don't get on-site opportunities in India. Is there any way to get offers from countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand or UK? I am very desperate about it. Please help me in some way to succeed in getting a job offer abroad.
