Question: How do I find a job abroad?

I am looking for a job for my father in the following countries/territories:
Sweden, Japan, Iceland, Hawaii/Alaska (U.S.), Norway, Finland, United Arab Emirates (Dubai/Abu Dhabi), Russia, Thailand, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, South Korea, and Taiwan (Republic of China).
No jobs in the teaching or hospitality industry. He has a degree in Engineering and Business. Previous jobs include Project Manager of Aviation and working with various airports. He has 25 years of experience in Aviation (Not a pilot). Don't ask about language requirements, once a job is found we will work that out.
Where can I find somewhere to look for jobs in those countries?

I really don't think employment agencies are scouring the Yahoo Answers page for potential employees. Getting a job abroad is pretty difficult, especially since the unemployment rate in some of these countries is at an all time high.

Your best bet I believe is to contact the American Embassies for each country.
