TBH I don't know what you mean by "Q1". Whatever, my advice is to test your job aptitudes, to discover the best career.

There are many resources, from careers advisors/counsellors, to books to online.

My favourite on the Web is the 'Myers-Briggs' Test. It is also available via handbooks.
