Question: Filipinos, How do we find a good career abroad?

I know we have to use the internet but WHERE? Besides jobstreet, jobsdb... I couldn't find a nice job that isn't located in the middle east. Hopefully, there's a good one in Singapore, Hongkong, Malaysia, etc. My major in Banking and Finance (yeah, bummer) and my experiences are accounting, office work, etc. Only the middle east so far has many job openings for me.
And how do i go about it? Do i have to be under recruitment agency? Is there direct hiring companies out there fore me?
