Question: Drug Test Vicodin Employment?

I took a Vicodin today not thinking that my prescription had expired. I might have a job opportunity presenting itself soon, and I am afraid that they may require a drug test for presumably opiates. I checked out detection times at Drug_test" rel="nofollow">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drug_test but I found nothing about opiate detection times... Does anyone know how long the metabolites can be detected in a urine test?

Vicodin is hydrocodone

Since it is a synthetic opiate, one or two 10 mg. often will not get picked up on a drug test under the opiates panel.

If you have done more than a few; then it can get picked up under opiates. But detection on a urine drug test is less than 72 hours.

if you take a lot of them daily it could take up to 4 to 7 days to pass a urine drug test.
