Question: Does any one know the best college that offers medical billing & coding in Des Moines, IA?

I moved to Des Moines from Indianapolis a couple of days ago, I am looking for accredited college that offers medical billing & coding. I know Vaterotte College is the nearest from my house I heard that this College has bad reputations. A lot of people complain Vaterotte.......

It is accredited by the the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and is part of a national nonprofit health organization.

Personally (as a certified medical coder), I would recommend that you join your local community college for these courses and prepare for national certification exams like CPC from AAPC or CCS-P from AHIMA. Both are exam-based credentials and are cheaper than private colleges.
