Question: Desperate for job at 14?

Heya I'm turning 14 this march and I am really wanting a job. It's just me and my mum so any extra cash would be great don't mind working hard!

I have a friend who's seventeen and she keeps on saying that she wanted to quit her job and I just think why on earth would you want to do that?! I'd love to have a job and just earn my own money and stuff. But still... Okay so I live in a village about five mins from town, no shops or anything in the village, so no jobs. :( there is a kennel nearby but apparently someone said you can't work in kennels till you are like 16. I live in the uk, so our neighbours aren't close enough to do like lemonade stands and easily helping neighbours out, I guess people here are a lot more reserved than people in places like america. Which is a shame cos I love the American life! :) please help me if you have any ideas I have researched it loads and I can't babysit or anything so what else is there? Thanks xxxxx

Gardening, Tidying up etc for a few neighbours.

Maybe do errands into town for the neighbours.

bussing at restaurants ...
