Answer:

Scams. There really aren't any data entry jobs anymore - it's all done using OCR (optical character recognition) scanning machines.

Some jobs still DO require manual data entry by physical employees of course, but if you're talking about some web sites (which presumably you are), nah, those are all scams.

As an aside, how or why could such 'jobs' really exist and be offered to others when Kenya has a 40% unemployment rate and a higher inflation rate than even the USA ??
