Question: Can you suggest a good job/career for me?

i like english, social sciences, languages and international relations.
having said that, medical fields interest me.
money is important to me, i want to be making a good salary. location doesn't matter and owning my own business is appealing.
my people skills and work ethic are good according to many people.
i am an A student and i could make it into most uni courses.
