Question: Can I get job in Australia if I have studied overseas?

I am an overseas graduate. I have studied Bachelors in Arts in India. currently I am in Australia. Can I get job in Australia?

I don't think that 'studying overseas' is a qualification for working in Australia. Your training, expertise and experience is what will get you a job.

Australia protects it's economy jealously. They discourage outsiders from taking good, high-paying jobs. However, if you can convince an employer that you are the right person for the job, they can apply for a foreign work permit. This will allow you to work and live there, but not receive many of the benefits that Australian nationals do.

Another angle would to search for a company that is from your country of origin. They will often have people from your country working overseas. You may be attractive to them, because you are already in Australia... and they won't have to pay to move you there.
