- ACCESS Netherlands Administrative Committee to Co-ordinate English Speaking Services. A non-profit organization committed to helping expatriates adjust to life in The Netherlands. A multinational group of volunteers dedicate their time to providing information in English to members of the community. Trained and licensed psychologists, family therapists, marriage counselors and social workers throughout Holland are on call 24 hours a day. Workshops are offered on numerous topics including; having a baby in The Netherlands, assertiveness and adjusting to life in The Netherlands.

Established in May 1995, with offices in the Hague and additional monthly client meetings in London, the Centre helps more than 500 spouses and partners each year. The SEC is the Shell Group’s focal point for developing and improving career support and opportunities for the partners of internationally transferred staff. As such, the Centre works together with other companies and organisations to promote change in this area worldwide.

You can contact them to find out how your overseas qualifications relate to UK standards. They also operate within an international network of other standards advisory agencies, and may be able to put you in touch with an equivalent organisation in another country.
